Cast-Iron Pizza Plate

You probably don’t have an 800-degree pizza oven at home (if you do, please invite us for dinner!), but are still ways to get an incredible pizzeria-style crust on your home-cooked pies. We can’t recommend our 14” Cast Iron Pizza Pan highly enough for home cooks. Beyond pizzas, it’s just a fantastic cooking surface, and it heats beautifully and evenly whether you’re using a cooktop—gas, electric, and even induction will work—or an oven, grill, even a campfire.
